Updates the API Reference playground to fetch the OpenAPI schema from https://app.kosli.com/api/v2/openapi.json instead of the checked-in
api-reference/openapi.json.This means only the live spec needs to be maintained going forward.
Note:
api-reference/openapi.jsonis left in place for now — it can be removed in a follow-up once this is verified working.
