I've adapted AvantGarde for macOS

That's great. I'm pleased you're using this on the mac.

However, the problem is that you seemed to have created a new csproj file in which you swap out my copyright statement for your own:

    <Product>Avant Garde</Product>
    <Authors>saiitanaa</Authors>
    <Copyright>© Saiitanaa 2026</Copyright>
    <Company>Kuiper Zone</Company>

While it is accepted that changes you make are yours, it is in direct contravention to the license to remove or obscure original copyright statements. Since the csproj file applies to the entire program itself, this is also misleading.

I'm sure this is not your intention. But please put back my original copyright and name, and add your name in a suitable location somewhere else. Cheers.

Glad you've forked it. What changes do you think you'll make for mac? Deployment and testing was always the issue for me as I'm not mac based.

Also, Avalonia released a plugin for VS Code sometime ago. So I expected need for Avant Garde to decline, although I think it good to have tools that are independent of the IDE.

For this fork of AvantGarde, I'm just in charge of adapting the new versions for macOS so we can test them
