When either bundle-smoke target runs license:all, scripts/check-dependency-inventory.mjs derives the locked Rust components and rejects missing entries; THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES_RUST.txt still declares libsqlite3-sys 0.30.1, so this bump makes the check report missing libsqlite3-sys 0.37.0 before the Tauri build and leaves installer attribution stale. Regenerate and commit the Rust license inventory with this dependency update.
