By adding a `.catch()` block to the individual `getEmbedding` calls within `Promise.all` in `server/ai.ts` and `server/ai-enhanced.ts`, a single API failure (e.g., from rate limiting) no longer crashes the entire batch processing. Instead, it falls back to an empty array for the failed candidate, which the downstream vector similarity function safely ignores.
