Previously, section tags in Manual were treated as both slugs (for HTML id attributes) and strings (canonical names). This lead to non-slug tags failing with cryptic error messages.
Now, spaces and other non-slug characters in the
tagfield work as expected.No-Changelog: bug fix and error message
