limitcycle is an independent open-source software effort for research-oriented tools. It is currently maintained by Ferhat Fidan.

JARVIS RD Assistant is a self-hosted workspace for literature discovery, source-linked synthesis, PDF workflows, spaced repetition, and optional Zotero integration.

JARVIS uses local Ollama models by default. Administrators can optionally configure cloud models through LiteLLM.

Generated output can be linked to supporting retrieved passages, making the underlying evidence easier to inspect. These links do not independently verify factual correctness.
