📝 docs: optimize LLM discovery

• rewrite the existing llms.txt to the current concise linked-document format
• add /index.md with accurate encryption, expiry, storage, install, and threat-boundary context
• advertise llms.txt from every public information page and the Markdown alternate from the landing page
