This PR adds rezervo-mirage, colloquially mirage, as a test provider for rezervo. It has its own live API and user interface that can be used to schedule fake classes, fake users, and fake attendance. The code for the provider itself is located at https://github.com/AdrianAndersen/rezervo-mirage. I tried to align its API as possible with the rezervo models, so the adapter would be as thin as possible.
