Security Policy

Supported Versions

llms-map is pre-1.0. Security fixes target the latest published minor version.

Reporting a Vulnerability

Please open a private security advisory on GitHub when possible. If that is unavailable, open an issue with a minimal description and avoid posting sensitive documentation content.

Scope

llms-map reads local documentation files and does not crawl external websites by default. Security-sensitive areas include:

  • path resolution for local links;
  • handling very large input files;
  • avoiding accidental disclosure of private documentation in reports;
  • future remote-link checking, if added.

Do not run llms-map reports on private documentation if the generated report will be published publicly.
