and the non-existent --conversed-bg token
- Clarify charts: @conversed/core never imports Chart.js (returns a plain
config); the framework packages declare it as a dependency (auto-installed),
not 'bundled'

Lean-rewrites the package READMEs to match the trimmed root README/docs, and corrects the Chart.js description.
