Bump all packages + root to 0.0.1-rc.6. Restore exact cross-package deps (@conversed/core: 0.0.1-rc.6) instead of workspace:* so the npm-publish release stays valid — pnpm still links locally via linkWorkspacePackages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The release script usesnpm publish, which does not rewriteworkspace:*, so exact versions are required for a valid publish (matches howrc.5is published on npm and thepnpm-workspace.yamldesign). pnpm still links locally vialinkWorkspacePackages.Verified:
