TEST: release fixture v0.0.1

TEST release — fixture for the exporter end-to-end test suite.

What's in this fixture

• Multi-paragraph body so the exporter test can assert the body is preserved.
• Created at a known commit on main.
• DO NOT use this release for any real purpose — it exists only for e2e_test.go.

Why TEST-prefixed

The TEST- prefix on the tag mirrors the convention used by every other
fixture in this repo (issues, PRs, project, milestones) so it's obvious at a
glance that this is a test artifact.
