Software related to branch-reduce vertex cover solvers.
Currently, the only solver is an enhanced version of one by Akiba and Iwata (see Theoretical Computer Science, 2016)
There are multiple scripts to generate graphs, convert formats, run solvers on directories, and analyze results.
To run CPLEX on instances created via create_lpx.sh download code from the repository
