…rnal build trigger - Set featureFlags.sdlSdpEnabled: false to unblock SDP issues - Use binskim-internal-pipeline-runner service connection via AzureCLI@2 to get a token for triggering the internal BinSkimInternal pipeline, replacing System.AccessToken which lacked permissions.
