Summary

  • Updates rushstack dependencies to latest versions
  • Updates Rush to 5.172.0
  • Replaces the repo-toolbox-based record-versions command with the @rushstack/rush-published-versions-json-plugin Rush plugin
  • Cleans up pipeline to remove the RushstackMainRepo checkout (no longer needed) and use the default checkout path

Test plan

  • Verify rush install succeeds
  • Verify rush build succeeds
  • Verify publish pipeline runs successfully end-to-end
