NDS-Bootloader-Creator

Nintendo DSi Bootloader Creator for HiyaCFW Helper

Based off devkitPro's ndstool v1.27 by DarkFader, natrium42 and WinterMute.

Stripped most of the code from it and just left the bootloader creation code.
