./scripts/release.sh 1.6.0(its first real run): 12 changelog fragments assembled,[Unreleased]retitled, all 15 version points bumped in one counted pass (CMake, 9 helm pins, 4 Chart appVersions, .template-version), extended version-sync green.Highlights of 1.6.0: opt-in billing module (ledger + PayPal reference + SPA) and multi-tenancy starter; app_core STATIC with the full de-inline (headers −62%); sanitizers over the integration bucket; transactional outbox; sync-upstream for degit forks; devcontainer; SBOM+cosign releases; fuzz/gates nightlies; config-sync/module-deps/selftest gate family (20 planted breakages).
After merge:
git tag v1.6.0triggers release.yml, then demo rollout.
