Closing this as obsolete. It only updated packages to latest, but the example app still redboxed locally with React 19.2.6, so it does not satisfy the app-startup verification goal. Re-testing from latest main and will open a clean replacement PR only if needed. |

Updates package dependencies/lockfiles only. Native image behavior changes are intentionally out of scope for this PR; behavioral harness failures should be handled separately.
