Thank you for this!
Tested on GMS2 v2022.5 and it's working even on Windows VM Run & Debug without compiling the executable.

@DAndrewBox sorry to ping you after so long, but given mstop4's absence I was wondering if you had any success with this using Ubuntu? I have a project using FMODGMS that I'm considering dropping in favour of GM's internal system due to the Linux .sos not operating for reasons unknown.

Has anybody managed to get this working for the x64 runtime for GMS v2.3?

That's what this pull request does, if you pull the changes the DLLs are included, for Windows at least.
I wasn't aware of the pull request at the time, but I did separately get FMODGMS to compile for Windows x64 some time back which works on GM 2023.6, and at a glance it looks like @cam900 made the same changes I did.

Have you got discord or any other app for me to DM you about this? Cheers

DMs are closed, but I'm happy to discuss it on the Discord server for the project I use FMODGMS for

@BPzeBanshee @acjgb
Sorry for the late response, didn't check my notifications in a long time.
Couldn't make it work for Ubuntu, but I used this version of FMODGMS until recent versions (GM 2023.6), I could send you the small modifications I made to make it work via discord if you want (@DAndrewBox)
