golf: the hub event-stream wire is the only golf client - #293

The adapter that speaks to golf_hub takes over the GolfNetworkAdapter name; the legacy websocket adapter and plugin, the per-browser switch, the lobby toggle, and the permalink flag are gone. VITE_GOLF_WEBSOCKET_URL overrides the play socket; the session mint is derived from it.

The golf UI now has one network adapter, the one that speaks to golf_hub at /games/v2/*. The legacy websocket adapter and plugin, the ?golf= switch, the lobby toggle, and the permalink flag are removed, along with GOLF.md (the hub's smithy model in MoonBase is the contract). VITE_GOLF_WEBSOCKET_URL still overrides the play socket at build time.
