CI installs from requirements.txt only, which was missing python-multipart even though pyproject.toml had it — this broke route collection for the /parse/document form-upload endpoint. Also includes repair-gain estimation (estimated_score_gain, resolves_hard_fail) in the repair pipeline and elevates the map's prominence in the result UI with linked repair suggestions.
