This PR prepares for the 0.92 release. The changelog is generated via
gbp dchand I had to add desktop-file-utils to the build-dependencies. I also run "wrap-and-sort" for tidiness.If this all looks good I will tag and upload to Debian soon. If there is anything important missing or you notice issues, please let me know.
