Introduce user-defined routing rules, presets and per-app VPN: new RoutingRule, RoutingPresets and AppSettings fields; UI for importing/exporting/rules, per-app picker and presets. ConfigBuilder translated v2ray rules to sing-box (per-app rules, rule_set entries, prefer_ipv4, system DNS). Add RuleSetManager to download/refresh local .srs files and prune missing sets at startup. Add RoutingImportParser and RunningAppsLister. Move reusable text prompt and file mirroring logger (FileLogger) into core; start file logging in main. Improve core process logging and connection flow (ruleset fetch, detailed core-failure reason) and coalesced reconnect in ConnectionCubit. Add tests for config builder, import parser and ruleset pruning. Add dependency: l package.
