This Pull Request adds our hackathon project under sample-apps/ as part of the NitroStack Hackathon submission.

The project is an AI-powered engineering management platform built on NitroStack and MCP. It integrates GitHub repository data to provide project insights, engineering analytics, AI-assisted planning, and automated reporting while following NitroStack's modular architecture.
