I have successfully completed the tasks.
Date handling has been standardized to use Date.UTC, ensuring timezone-safe calculations. Export files and preview payloads now use ISO 8601 strings, and all sorting logic is stably ordered. Furthermore, structured column headers have been added to the progress statistics views, and a collapsible Export Preview section has been wired up to display the JSON payload and perform empty-state validation.
