As part of the Develocity server migration, each project's
develocityconfiguration must declare aprojectIdso build scans are associated with the correct project on the new server.projectId = "openrewrite"in thedevelocity {}block ofsettings.gradle.kts, produced by the neworg.openrewrite.gradle.SetDevelocityProjectIdrecipe.
