- Cache singer menu items and offload menu hierarchy construction to a background task
- Switch recent and favorite singer queries from O(N) scans to O(1) lookups
- Load and decode WAV/F0 audio asynchronously to prevent UI lag
- Suppress cascading OTO draw calls and enable DataGrid virtualization in SingersDialog
