Rewrites agent.md and mas.md as proper field-level reference documents, merges topology-and-workflow.md and workflow.md into mas.md, and removes all redundant Concepts sections. - agent.md and mas.md: add top-level fields, metadata, and spec field tables with links to per-sub-schema sections (ContextChunk, ModelEntry, DesignPattern, WorkflowNode, WorkflowEdge, etc.) - topology-and-workflow.md: merged into mas.md as a first-class section; file deleted - workflow.md: standalone kind:Workflow reference merged into mas.md; file deleted - Concepts sections dropped from both pages — Responsibilities tables duplicated the spec field tables, Delegation belongs on the MAS page, Composition and Mealy view added no actionable information - All inbound links in README.md, runtime.md, references/index.md, agent.md, and mas.md updated to new anchors Signed-off-by: Sam Betts <1769706+Tehsmash@users.noreply.github.com>
