Good start, but there are a couple issues.
Please make separate PR's for each package. I will review neovim, in a separate PR then.
I see that lua has some build flags, which will help with the build. Then a manual copy to install the files is not necessary anymore.
This also still needs to get tested on Linux and Windows.
