The repository has been completely refactored to support the Paradroid 2026 OS methodology, pivoting from a static prompt library to a Reasoning Metadata & Alignment Engine.

Key changes include:

  • Archiving all 2024 and 2025 legacy frameworks into _archive-2025/.
  • Deploying the core engine logic via skills/core/paradroid-os.md.
  • Refactoring purpose-built and assistant-workflows-tasks-personas into skills/lenses/ (Cognitive Lenses), ensuring each adopts the skill.md metadata standard.
  • Establishing the telemetry/ protocol to parse the "Calibration Delta" and reasoning metadata from chat exports.
  • Formally documenting the 5 foundational pillars and Bifurcated Protocol in the docs/ structure.
  • Overhauling the root README.md to reflect the paradigm shift and clearly outline the "Calibration Exhaust" loop success scenario.
