What changed

• adds the transport-agnostic UDR1 redundancy relay with bounded delayed-copy scheduling and deduplication
• adds the pinned PingTunnel production image for amd64 and arm64
• adds isolated RouterOS entry/exit templates and hardened Ubuntu installation bundles
• adds public protocol, security, benchmark, rollback, contribution, and release documentation
• adds CI, CodeQL, dependency review, privacy checks, SBOMs, checksums, attestations, and prerelease automation

Why

This publishes the selectively duplicated WireGuard-over-PingTunnel carrier as a standalone project rather than a PingTunnel fork. Deployment endpoints and keys remain outside the image, and WireGuard remains the payload security boundary.

Security and privacy

• no production hostnames, public IPs, keys, captures, logs, backups, or terminal-ops history are included
• RouterOS installers fail before mutation on collisions and never change WireGuard, routes, ECMP, MTU, or firewall rules outside repository-owned objects
• all executable build inputs, including both Dockerfile frontends, are pinned
• one pre-publication low-severity supply-chain finding was fixed in f6b2f39

Validation

• Go unit/integration, race, vet, and fuzz tests
• UDR1 old/new compatibility and controlled-loss E2E tests
• ShellCheck, RouterOS static safety, privacy and secret scans
• Ubuntu install/uninstall and reboot lifecycle in a disposable VM
• RouterOS install/reboot/verify/uninstall/reinstall in a disposable CHR
• amd64 and arm64 image builds and PingTunnel plus selective-C2 E2E echo
• complete local release rehearsal with SBOMs and checksum verification

The release remains a prerelease. amd64 is CHR/production-tested; arm64 is build-tested and experimental pending physical MikroTik validation.
