- Upgrade @grafana/data, runtime, ui, schema from 10.3.3 to 12.4.2
- Upgrade TypeScript from 4.8.4 to 5.8.3
- Replace deprecated MutableDataFrame, LegacyForms, datasourceRequest
- Update CI and release workflows to latest GitHub Actions
- Remove dist/ from git tracking (built by CI)
- Add local dev provisioning and fix Docker setup
- Bump minimum Grafana version to 10.0.0
