What changed

• Add Dependency Review for pull requests.
• Add scheduled, push, and pull-request CodeQL analysis for Swift and JavaScript.
• Fix ToastPresenter compatibility with older macOS SDKs so native CI can compile.
• Update docs/REPO MAP.md to document the security workflows.

Why

This completes the repository-side work for the six GitHub maintainer security recommendations. The GitHub settings are enabled separately on the repository; this pull request adds the workflow coverage and keeps the native validation green.

Validation

• git diff --check
• YAML parsing for both workflow files
• npm run typecheck
• npm test — 67 tests passed
