Fixing government software by fixing compliance

Pretorin

Our Mission: Improve the quality of government software.

About Us

Pretorin is an AI-powered platform for building government technology and helping others do the same. We're tackling one of the biggest barriers to innovation in government tech: the complex and time-consuming cybersecurity compliance process.

We take a two-pronged approach:

  • Build custom software for government agencies that need modern solutions
  • Create tools that help developers and vendors navigate the compliance landscape

Our platform helps organizations achieve, maintain, and prove regulatory compliance for government networks, supporting frameworks like FedRAMP, DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and CMMC.

What Makes Us Different

  • AI-First: We use AI to automate what was previously impossible to scale, both in the custom software we build and the compliance tools we create.
  • Transparent: We're building in public. Our open source tools reflect our commitment to making compliance more accessible.
  • Inclusive: Compliance shouldn't be a privilege reserved for large enterprises. We're democratizing the authorization process for teams of all sizes.

Open Source Tools

We're committed to releasing open source tools that help the government software community. As we build our AI-powered compliance platform, we'll be open-sourcing components that can benefit the broader ecosystem.
