Add configs for ATH11K/ATH12K debug/coredump/tracing, CMA debug, pstore/EFI vars, ftrace extensions (dynamic ftrace with args/call-ops/ direct-calls, hwlat/timerlat/sched tracers, snapshot), lockup detectors, lock debugging (spinlock, rwsems, list), DMABUF sysfs stats, WQ watchdog, PM debug, and various other debug instrumentation. These configs are already part of QLI.1.0. Adding them to QLI.2.0. Signed-off-by: Anurag Pateriya <apateriy@qti.qualcomm.com>
