- Implements Consider exposing ber_printf() and ber_scanf() #15 with exported BER allocation, initialisation, flattening, encoding, and decoding helpers.
- Adds PPCODE wrappers for supported OpenLDAP LBER format directives, with argument validation and safe cleanup.
- Rejects oversized bit counts before LBER can read beyond a supplied Perl buffer.
- Adds DER round-trip and invalid bit-count regression checks.
