Rc16 further revisions

A few minor changes to the code that produces the website pages to make it easier to follow and modify, plus a data update with two talks added to the provisional conference programme.

Thanks for starting on the schedule! But can we list the talks on the main page, and just not assign days/times? It took me a little while to find the link to the schedule page, and having everything on one page will help potential attendees see more at a glance.

No problem. I have retained the call for participation though since we are still early in the process of putting the schedule together.

@aanastasiou Thanks! I've added a commit to include the keynote, add a talk accepted meanwhile, and add information about the evening event. I also adjusted local information to not promise hotel info, for now, and normalized spelling (instead of normalising it). Please adjust further to make it look right to you, and when you're happy with it, then I think we're ready to merge the updates.

@mflatt Just a note, there is a keynote entity here, shall we keep the modification to the speaker entity? (Please see line 96)
