feat(docs): default root URL to English - #33

Visiting the site root showed a language picker; most readers want the English docs immediately. Replace the picker with an instant (0s) meta refresh to ./en/ — relative, so it resolves correctly under the /property-testing/ base without hardcoding it.

The site root showed a language picker; most readers want English immediately. Replaced the picker with a 0s meta-refresh to
./en/(relative URL, resolves under the/property-testing/base without hardcoding it). The RU locale is still reachable via the language switcher in the nav.
