This PR bootstraps the Florence compiler in Go, implementing the lexer, parser, code generator (Go transpiler targeting WASIP1), and command-line driver. It also adds a hello world test file and sample programs of varying complexity, including basic syntax, structs, concurrency, generics, and pointer/dereference operations.
