fix(android): replace unmaintained logkitty with logkitten

Summary

logkitty is no longer maintained. logkitten (by Wix) is a maintained successor with zero dependencies and support for both Android and iOS.

Test Plan

• I ran all automatic tests locally before submitting the PR.

Checklist

• Documentation is up to date.
• Follows commit message convention described in CONTRIBUTING.md.
• For functional changes, my test plan has linked these CLI changes into a local react-native checkout (instructions).

e2e tests seem to run with latest published version or something? So I skipped updating the snapshots to assert on logkitten being used there, for now.
