Summary

  • Adds launch readiness automation and local smoke validation
  • Adds GitHub Pages workflow and public-facing docs polish
  • Adds npm package publish allowlist
  • Cleans dependency vulnerabilities and documents launch/admin checklist
  • Seeds first public community issues for post-launch triage

Verification

  • npm run deploy:check
  • AGENTWALL_URL=http://127.0.0.1:3015 npm run smoke:local
  • GitHub branch pushed: launch/agentwall-public-ready

Notes

GitHub Pages is configured for workflow deployment. After merge to main, the Pages workflow should publish the static public surface from public/.
