Instead, use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting ("Report a vulnerability" on the repository's Security tab), or email info@rent-a-developer.de with:

• A description of the issue and its impact.
• Steps to reproduce (a minimal project or code snippet helps a lot).
• The package and version affected (ResXLocalization.Avalonia / ResXLocalization.WPF).

You will receive a response as soon as possible. Once the issue is confirmed, a fix will be developed and released as quickly as its severity warrants, and you will be credited in the release notes unless you prefer otherwise.
