… command catalog The README lagged the product: no Rome hook (it assumed the reader knows Rome), no value props, no docs.rome.builders backlink, and the command catalog omitted new/activate/bridge-out/--asset eth and 2 of 3 verify paths (GUIDES/ARCHITECTURE were already current). Also collapses the ARCHITECTURE roadmap line — everything it listed as next has shipped.

Pins the released surface to main. Since v0.9.0: bridge --asset eth (#28) — ETH via Wormhole, in (Sepolia -> wETH) + out (wETH -> Ethereum only), funded round-trip validated on Hadrian, plus the activate three-state fix (drained-PDA top-up); AGENTS.md v3.2 (#29); README refresh (#30). Bumps package.json/lock and the README install pin 0.9.0 -> 0.10.0.

Fleet-audit fix (rome-cli was the only repo missing all three README-spec elements):
new,activate,bridge --to(outbound),--asset eth(Wormhole), and all threeverifypaths — matchingsrc/core/capabilities.ts(13 reads + 7 actions). GUIDES/ARCHITECTURE were already current; the README lagged them.Docs-only; 122 tests green locally.
