This PowerShell script automates the installation and configuration of language packs on Windows devices. It supports both manual language selection and automatic detection based on the user's public IP address.
- Install a specified language pack

-languageTag: Specify the language tag to install (e.g.,en-US,fr-FR). Warning: Ensure that VPN or proxy scenarios are considered, as they can impact the accuracy of the language detection based on the public IP address. It is recommended to manually specify the language tag in such cases to avoid incorrect language deployment.
