- Switch to .resx-based resource workflow; remove binary .resources file
- Regenerate Resources.Designer.cs for .NET 4.0 and update resource manager namespace
- Add XML docs to resource properties
- Add .NET 4.8 dependencies: System.Resources.Extensions, System.Memory, System.Buffers, System.Numerics.Vectors, System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe
- Update SourceGrid.csproj for resource embedding and code generation
- Bump NuGet package version to 2.0.2
