Summary

• Coalesce lifecycle refreshes by full, structure, and state work.
• Separate custom tracker, trinket, resource, and cast-bar state refreshes from rebuilds.
• Cache resource descriptors, trinket catalog lookups, visibility state, and owned-bar decisions.
• Replace per-rune update handlers with one self-disarming recharge driver.
• Keep settings eagerly loaded in the main addon; the load-on-demand options experiment was reverted.
