Add GitHub Pages deployment configuration

• Added gh-pages dependency to facilitate deployment to GitHub Pages.

• Updated package.json scripts to include predeploy and deploy commands.

• Modified vite.config.js to set the base path for the application.

• Created GitHub Actions workflow for automatic deployment to GitHub Pages on push to the main branch.

• Updated various dependencies in package-lock.json for improved functionality and security.
