Summary

  • distinguish next-release documentation on main from immutable released docs
  • update the M4 publisher guide to use the shipped di setup workflow
  • remove the fictional verify --json reference-consumer claim
  • add a production docs verification gate that checks CLI help and executes the reference producer
  • make the release runbook verify docs and GitHub/npm release parity

Verification

  • npm test (124 security tests + 244 exhaustive tests + docs contract)
  • npm run verify:package
  • git diff --check
