Adds link-quality/FEC/eye/optical-power telemetry for Credo CMIS modules that support the vendor "Get Telemetry Info" CDB command (opcode 0x8000), merged into TRANSCEIVER_DOM_REAL_VALUE. Follows the CmisEnhancedLpoApi/CmisEnhancedLpoMemMap convention: the module keeps the standard CmisMemMap as its main EEPROM map, with the vendor CDB commands handled by a dedicated internal CdbMemMap-based handler (mirroring CmisApi's own cdb_fw_hdlr/_cdb_mem_map pattern).
