This pull request supports windows native build.

These 2 commits help to build win64 and win32 spacedock.exe, I've tested correctness with executing --help.

:: Build 64-bit Windows binary
make build-windows-amd64
dist\spacedock_windows_amd64.exe

:: Build 32-bit Windows binary
make build-windows-386
dist\spacedock_windows_386.exe

:: Or run compile checks
make test-windows

Add Makefile targets build-windows-amd64 and test-windows-amd64 to
cross-compile spacedock binaries for Windows x86-64 (GOARCH=amd64) with
CGO_ENABLED=0.

Produce PE32+ x86-64 executable dist/spacedock_windows_amd64.exe.

Add Makefile targets build-windows-386 and test-windows to cross-compile
spacedock binaries for Windows x86-32 (GOARCH=386) with CGO_ENABLED=0.

Produce PE32 Intel i386 executable dist/spacedock_windows_386.exe and
provide combined build-windows target.

Add windows to channel-goos and 386 to channel-goarch in .goreleaser.yaml.

Ensure GoReleaser release builds produce spacedock_windows_386.exe and
spacedock_windows_amd64.exe executables automatically.
